Throughout 300 years of heritage and history, our members have come from all walks of life and each with their own unique story to tell for why they became a Freemason.

As one of the oldest social and charitable organisations in the world, we have a thriving community of over 200,000 members throughout England and Wales, as well as Districts overseas. Freemasons use four important guiding principles to help define their path through life: Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Service.

Membership is open to people from all backgrounds and our aim is to empower members to be the best they can be.

This lodge has a long standing with the community of Walmer and Deal, being the official Lodge of Walmer.
Our membership is wide ranging and diverse, coming from all backgrounds, from the military to management, taxi driver to Transport Manager, aging from the 30′ to the 80’s.

We hold many social events, our annual Ladies Dinner and Dance, a Trafalgar Night, Burns Night and much more.

Helping Local and National Charities has been the backbone of our lodge, money raised by members through raffles, quiz nights, our annual Ladies Night Dinner and Dance and many other activities goes towards some fantastic and worthy charities.
